Relica provides virtual payment cards with a one-time creation fee.
Due to the nature of digital card generation, all fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases described below.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Fees for virtual card creation
- Fees for disposable/one-time cards
- Fees for successfully issued cards
Once a card is created, the service has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
- A card failed to generate due to a system error
- You were charged incorrectly
- A duplicate fee was processed
- Fraud on your account was verified by Relica
3. Cancellations
You may:
- Delete a virtual card anytime
- Freeze/unfreeze cards instantly
- Close your account upon request
Deleting a card does not trigger refunds.
4. Chargebacks
Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Reporting to authorities
